I can't believe the smallest smartphone on the market is the newly released Samsung Galaxy S10e at 142.2 x 69.9 x 7.9 mm or Google Pixel 3 at 145.6 x 68.2 x 7.9 mm. I have no idea what's going on with Sony. Where's the new Compact?
I've no idea either. It's like they don't know what to do anymore to try to keep their stagnant smartphone market share... Which is understandable. I would be surprised if the 21:9 Sony mobile screens will work with consumers. I don't like it.
Same thing with full screens, then notches, then punch-holes, then what ? Back to full screens ? At last. And flagships are more and more expansive as well. Even if today mid-ranges are past flagships... Now foldable phones. That cost a bone, complete with scratchy plastic Oleds and experimental hinges. Basically selling "beta" hardware at €2000+... That's even worse.3w reply
